<DeathStar> 6* He leans forward, the chairs creaking under the weight
<DeathStar> <Grandfather> It is a crafty, terrifying monster. They say men do not return after hunting this one
<Sara> * Liana nods enthusiastically. "Of course, grandfather! It would be my honor." She listens.
<Seraphna> ALita> "Which beast is this, Ser!?"
<DeathStar> <Grandfather> But I have reports that it is in the area. And I will have it, or I will die. *He says dramatically* The name is the Squr'iel. No one has laid eyes on it, but it is said to have laid waste to villages, and made women lament.
<DeathStar> <Celes> Oh god, tell me it is not a tentacle monster
<DeathStar> 6* Celes rubs her face as the food is brought out
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "Tentacle monster?!"
<Seraphna> * Alita tilts her head. "It makes women lament?"
<Sara> <Liana> Huh. *Liana seems decidedly less phased by all of the stuff about the monster than the others -- she almost seems used to this*

<Seraphna> Alita> "WOuld you like the help of a skilled healer? If it is not far from here, Mykel should be able to contact me to take us back."

<DeathStar> *Celes nods and carries outm putting it in the wagon. Grandfather lifts the wet Gwen and tosses him into the wagon*

<Jackieness> <Sasha> "Then I shall meet you when you are ready to set away." *turns and goes to inform said headmistress*
<Seraphna> * Alita heads outside as Talia meets up at the wagon, with Alita's things. Including a bra on her head.
<DeathStar> 6* Celes sits in the wagon, hugging onto Liana, while the grandfather sings in a booming voice for all to hear. The students stare at him
<Sara> * Liana giggles, listening to her grandfather sing. As crazy as some may find this, she seems to enjoy it
<Jackieness> <Sasha> *arrives at the office* "Headmistress, may I speak with you?"

<DeathStar> 6* Gwen moves over to the deer and begins to work on it. Liana's grandfather moves to a patch of sand, using a stick
<DeathStar> <Grandfather> If my sources are right, the dreaded monster we hunt is laired up in these mountains
<Seraphna> Alita> "I could help with the fire."
<DeathStar> *He draws some mountains, with a cave entrance*
<DeathStar> 6* He then points in the distance at some mountains*
<DeathStar> <Grandfather> I say by this afternoon we should reach them
<DeathStar> 6* Gwen finishes skinning it, having it upside down. His armor is all bloody
<DeathStar> <Gwen> T-there...
<DeathStar> <Grandfather> Mighty fine work. *He slaps his back, proudly, but makes Gwen fall onto the bloody area*

<DeathStar> 6* After eating, the group has to leave the wagon behind and go on foot as they reach the mountain area. As they walk, a large plant is up ahead, all by itself. It almost looks like it has a mouth
<Sara> <Liana> Well, that's not suspicious or anything
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "Oh, certainly not. Just a perfecty normal, non-carnivorous plant. I'm certain."

<Sara> * Liana is already holding
<DeathStar> <Grandfather> That is a female eating plant! It captures women and dissolves their clothing so it can then do things to their bodies with their vine---
<DeathStar> 6* He pauses as Gwen is caught inside the plant mouth

<DeathStar> 6* He grabs his book, jotting a new entry and drawing a picture

<DeathStar> 6* The plant tries to close it's mouth as Gwen struggles to keep it from happenintg
<Sara> * Liana gets a spare sword and props the plant's mouth open using it

<Jackieness> <Sasha> "Sir, are you not goign to rescue gwen?"
<Sara> <Liana> He isn't in actual trouble yet. *she notes*
<DeathStar> 6* The Grandfather nods and grabs a golden sword with rubies, and slashes the plant in half as Gwen climbs out with Liana's help. The plant twitches, dying
<DeathStar> <Grandfather> Fascinating. I wonder what made it go after you. Maybe you have been around too many women. *he laughs, slapping Gwen's back, knocking him down*
<DeathStar> 6* He walks onward
<Seraphna> * Alita checks him for injuries. "Where did the tentacle touch you?"

<DeathStar> 6* As they continue up the path, they soon come across a field of flowers. Liana's grandfather pauses again, nodding
<Foxbones> <Vyvy> I could see this guy being related to the new summoni, not necessarily Liana...

<DeathStar> 6* Soon they come upon a beautiful unicorn type beast, this time without the Grandfather around, since he has scouted ahead.

<Sara> <Liana> If it's really like it looks, only a maiden pure of heart would be able to get close *she notes*
<Sara> <Liana> On the other hand, when an animal has a horn, be completely aware that it can and will use it

<Foxbones> * Vyvy shrugs and quietly walks out toward it.
<DeathStar> 6* The unicorn type character turns toward Vyvy, staring toward her
<Foxbones> * Vyvy lifts her eyepatch and glances over it to study, then uses her truth ability on it!

<Sara> * Liana watches quietly, her hand a bit away from her sword -- but not so far that she can't ready it quickly if she absolutely has to
<DeathStar> 6* The unicorn jerks about and transforms into a two legged humanoid monsters that says it "eats" meat in the way of eating out it's victims
<DeathStar> <Gwen> I knew it! I knew it!!
<DeathStar> 6* Gwen points
<Sara> * Liana lets out a sigh and draws her sword
<Seraphna> Alita> "So majestic!"
<DeathStar> 6* Oh, and apparantly it kills the victim through the sex. The monster still has a horn
<Sara> <Liana> Very majestic, yes, Alita. Also about to kill Vyvy.
<Seraphna> Alita> "Oh, right. We should probably save her."
<DeathStar> <Celes> Aw. I wanted a real unicorn. I know they exist

<Sara> <Liana> I am okay with this. *she notes as she rushes ahead with her sword forward*
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "Is this the creature that your grandfatehr sought, Liana?!"
<Foxbones> * Vyvy brings her hands up and pummels it with spirit blast
<Sara> * Though not slashing yet
<DeathStar> 6* The monster is defeated. The grandfather returns, peering down
<Foxbones> <Vyvy> It's a hunt, right? I didn't want to hurt its pelt. ... Or whatever a shapeshifter has
<Sara> <Liana> Huh. I guess Vyvy had it taken care of.
<Sara> * She notes
<DeathStar> 6* It then leaps back up, twice as strong
<Sara> <Liana> Oh. *she notes as she readies her sword again, circling around behind the monster*
<DeathStar> 6* It morphs it's hands into hoofs and claws
<GhostChain> 6*The ground under the monster opens as five shadows leaps up under its belly, teeth and claws out
<DeathStar> 6* The monster is blindsided and screams, being dragged down by teeth and claws
<DeathStar> <Gwen> WAAAH?!
<DeathStar> <Celes> .... *Sicks up*
<Seraphna> Alita> "INteresting..."*she sketches*
<DeathStar> 6* The grandfather returns in time to watch. "What is that eating the skrullcorn?! A new monster?!"
<Seraphna> Alita> "I must get this down."
<GhostChain> 6*loud snaps and wet crunches can be heard as its body is dragged further down till the horn is spat out
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "Are you ready to return to civilization, sister?"
<DeathStar> 6* He draws a black sword and advances to observe
<Seraphna> Alita> "A five shadowed moster eater."
<Sara> <Liana> ...It looks like it enjoyed the meal

<Sara> * Liana keeps her sword readied, patting Gwen before she follows after her grandfather

<DeathStar> 6* Sensing people outside, the last monster Liana's grandfather has faced/seen slowly moves to the exit. A large shadow can be seen cast, at least 30 feet tall
<Sara> * Liana gasps, though she has a huge grin

<DeathStar> 6* The creature inside is heard moving closer, and the shadow grows to be 25 feet tall
<DeathStar> 6* Then 15 feet tall

<DeathStar> 6* It seems pacified, peering at Liana, cocknig it's head and trots over
<Sara> * Liana attempts patting it on the head, gauging what happens carefully
<Sara> * She gives a look toward her grandfather as if to say this thing IS more dangerous than it looks

<Seraphna> * Talia paws at it gently as a kitten.

<GhostChain> 6*the kittens keep exploring the cave it was living in
<DeathStar> *It seems to be non aggressive with the kittens loving on it and the pats*
<DeathStar> 6* Inside the cave are bones of humans and other creatures - lots of bones*
<Sara> * Liana flicks it on the nose
<GhostChain> 6*they sniff at them but keep playing and exploring
<DeathStar> 6* It snarls and leaps at Liana, going for the throat
<Sara> * Liana pulls back and brandishes her sword, blocking
<DeathStar> 6* Grandfather goes for the stab to put it down
<DeathStar> <Grandfather> Ho, evil creature!
<DeathStar> 6* At the back is a nice comfy bed set up with bones to chew on
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "... ... ...let us never speak of this incident ever again."
<DeathStar> 6* Gwen makes a face as the squirrel creature is impaled on the mighty rare sword
<DeathStar> <Grandfather> This will go down in the books of my battles with my granddaughter *He nods*

<DeathStar> 6* A few months later, Liana's grandfather's new book comes out. Celes reads the last entry monster and how Liana and her grandfather, along with their friends, battled a wild Squirrel and Fox creatures, on an epic mountain cliff

<DeathStar> <Celes> *She rubs her head, trying to reclal if that is how it went*
<Sara> * Liana pats Celes on the head
<GhostChain> 6*Miyuki hums as her children race around, acting more like children than cubs
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "Flicked it on the nose. She flicked it on the nose."
<DeathStar> <Celes> IT says you two almost rolled off the cliff in battle before slicing it in half
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "What cliff?"
<DeathStar> <Celes> And the fox monsters took over the cave, fiercely protecting it and running us off
<DeathStar> <Celes> OH, and here's a sketch of all the times Gwen got eaten
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "It was Miyuki's cubs looking for a place to nap."
<DeathStar> *Celes eyes the last page, showing Selena taking back the cave, then jerks*
