<DeathStar> *Selena walks down with Seniga following. The city is very different from the Mainland A cities. They are made of crystal, too, but there seems to be a techological feel to it. Also, the C'en here do not have robes on and have themselves exposed. They stick to the shade, but they are exposed.
<Sathen> *Jinx carries Cloe and follows along behind Nell* *whisper* Twenty-two.

<DeathStar> 6* The C'en here have very pale skin, with pupil like slits, not reptilin, but more feline, and their ears are very short down to their heads. Cloé peers around curiously, pawing at Cherie
<Seraphna> * Nell walks down, yawning. "So... we're there, LJ?"
<Sathen> Jinx> *whisper* Nell ask too many times...yes. Finally here.

<DeathStar> *A few of the C'en here are greeting the Natives that are arrive, handing out guides and offering to help them to whatever cities they wish to go to - Native or one of the C'en Tech cities.*

<Sara> * Cherie looks groggy, although her hair and clothes are neat, as she leads Cloé along with her, by Ruhi

<DeathStar> *Selena leads them to a quiet cafe where a few C'en with their short ears that look a bit like the Aurit and Fauna, which might explain why they are protective of the race, serve them tea and cake*

<DeathStar> <Seniga> *sips the tea, surprised to see some of the C'en here doing manual jobs*
<Sathen> *Jinx will slip into a seat and sniffs at the tea for a moment before sipping* *whisper* Sleep easy with body pillow for warmth.

<DeathStar> <Selena> The Uminites are the tech creators for the C'en. They work on the crystals and create things using them. They are basically the techies of the C'en Empire. They make what the warriors use in combat and what the Mainland A royals use to get around
<Jackieness> <Bella> *leans over to Cherie and whispers* "We need to start pulling our weight or Ruhi is going to burn herself out."
<Xanatos> 6* Bix turns his head to smile at Nell, his head creaking slightly askew.
<Seraphna> * Nell gives him a smile back.

<DeathStar> *Cloe pauses then pulls out a snack for Cherie, pulling her weight!*

<Sara> * Then blinks at Cloe

<Kemonohime> * Tenebrae huffs and coils around Selena, opening her mouth like a pet for one of the treats
<DeathStar> <Selena> So we're going to break into one of their bases to find out more the origins of the crystal and how they can create so much with it
<Sathen> *Jinx pulls over her piece of cake, nibbling on it a second before realizing just how good it is and nomming it down*
<Seraphna> * Nell stares a little at Tenebrae a moment and sighs, tossing her a snack.
<DeathStar> <Selena> You all trained a bit on the ship, and you all will train every night on the way to the Tech City
<Kemonohime> <Tenebrae> Find Miyuki and one might find spirits!
<Seraphna> Nell> "I'm gonna need some more material."
<Kemonohime> <Tenebrae> One practice with mother-blade
<DeathStar> <Selena> This mission is important to learning more about how to use their technology against them. If we don't understand the origins of it and how it works
<Seraphna> Nell> "Liek you said my talent has the side effect of breaking down the goods over time."
<DeathStar> <Selena> We'll never be able to reach Miyuki or your parents
<Kemonohime> * Tenebrae nods.
<Xanatos> <Bix> Learn technology + Use Against = Success!
<Sathen> Jinx> *Whisper* Name of mother not good to use. Could bring attention.
<Seraphna> Nell> "Jinx has a point. We shouldn't use those names so readily unless we're completely alone."
<Kemonohime> * Tenebrae blinks and tilts her head. "Shade? Vyvy?"

<DeathStar> *Selena finishes the cake* Lets start moving to one of the city. *she peers at the pamplet, perhaps getting an idea* Once we stop for the first time, we'll practice a bit with your abilities
<Kemonohime> * Tenebrae puffs her cheeks.
<Sathen> *Jinx nabs the cake that was set in front of LJ and starts nibbling on it too*
<Seraphna> * Nell nods a bit and stuffs her food down.
<Xanatos> 6* Bix salutes to Selena.

<DeathStar> 6* Six hours later, in a field, the group comes to a stop. Selena has them pause and divides them up, gathering materials
<DeathStar> *Cloe sits off to the side, looking out of it again*
<Xanatos> 6* Bix marches in place a few seconds longer then stops, peering around.
<Chaintan> 6*Ruhi crouches and pets Cloe, feeling for a fever
<Sathen> *Jinx slows and looks to Selena for a moment before the others, closing her eyes and listening for thoughts of others in the area who might be watching them...or might report them*
<DeathStar> *Cloe looks a bit weak and see throughish at times, but perhaps it's a trick of the eye*
<DeathStar> <Selena> Alright, I want to split you up to train
<Kemonohime> * Tenebrae grabs Cloé
<Chaintan> 6*Ruhi looks concerned then reels
<Sara> * Cherie jerks

<DeathStar> <Selena> This world has no real mana left. Familiars need mana. That collar on her will only sustain her so long. She should stay in cat form
<Sathen> *Jinx keeps focusing her mind while scanning the area, turning slightly as she does*
<DeathStar> <Selena> She'd conserve mana better
<Kemonohime> <Tenebrae> Blue cat need master!" She flails.
<Seraphna> Nell> "A what?"
<DeathStar> <Selena> A master. She needs to form a pact, assuming the poor thing even knows how to do that
<Chaintan> 6*Ruhi blinks at that and nods
<Kemonohime> <Tenebrae> Make pact!" She points at Cherie, flailing her other arm.
<Xanatos> <Bix> Searching database: Familiar Pact. 6* His eyes flicker.
<DeathStar> *Selena puts one of the extra stones on her*
<Chaintan> <Ruhi> Little miss, you should hold hands with her
<Kemonohime> <Tenebrae> Blue cat getting weak. Look... like..." She strains, her face wrinkling. "Prey. One want to eat. Try hard not to."
<DeathStar> <Selena> There, that'll sustain her for a bit longer
<Kemonohime> <Tenebrae> One can give mana but not always.
<Kemonohime> <Tenebrae> If separated....
<Sara> * Cherie blinks and holds hands with Cloé
<Chaintan> 6*Ruhi makes them shake their matching bells softly
<DeathStar> <Cloé> ? *she tilts her head, ears wiggling.*
<DeathStar> <Seniga> *she rubs her head, peering at the others*
<Kemonohime> <Tenebrae> Make pact soon!" She chides Cloe and Cherie

<Chaintan> <Ruhi> the good luck charm worked before...
<Kemonohime> * Tenebrae seems frustrated, flinging her hand out and wreathing it in shadows temporarily, summoning the familiar blade to her hand, yanking Selena by the sleeve off to the side.
<Seraphna> Nell> "Is it anything like Dragoon Bonding?"

<Kemonohime> <Tenebrae> Aska'yuen said train!" She waves the blade she called
<DeathStar> <Selena> Well, everyone seems focused on Cloe
<Kemonohime> <Tenebrae> One needs to focus elsewhere or might eat blue cat.
<Kemonohime> * Tenebrae drags Selena along
<DeathStar> *Cloe mewls, perhaps not wanting to make a pact, or resisting, since not sure if Cherie wants to*
<Sathen> *Jinx opens her eyes and looks around* *whisper* No thoughts watching...we safe.

<DeathStar> *Seniga walks over* You will train with Tenebrae. You can either use your stones, or your abilities. <Seniga> I guess my sword and my stone. <Selena> Don't discount your ability yet
<Seraphna> * Nell hrms, then pulls out some sheets of metal and forms a shield over her arm. "I think I can combine mine pretty nicely."
<Chaintan> <Ruhi> usually pacts mean youre promising to do something for eachother, like looking out for eachother, or being best friends
<Sathen> *Jinx moves over behind Nell* *whisper* Senni no know ability...thinks is lost cause. Think Senni not able from blocks.
<DeathStar> <Selena> Bix, you will train with LJ for now. The same thing goes for now
<Xanatos> 6* Bix thumbs up then quickly spins and smacks at LJ.
<Kemonohime> <Tenebrae> ...? Not Aska'yuen?
<kalonZombie> 6*LJ shrugs, activating his stone, ducking Bix's smack
<Kemonohime> <Tenebrae> One 'spar' Seniga-called and Nell-called?
<Chaintan> <Ruhi> does the word make sense now?
<Seraphna> Nell> "Seem that way, Ten Ten."
<Xanatos> <Bix> DODGE! 6* He smacks again.
<Sara> * Cherie considers for a moment, then looks at Cloé
<Kemonohime> * Tenebrae purses her lips for a moment, then nods.
<Seraphna> * Nell looks over Seniga's sword and focuses a moment, calling a sword of her own to her hand, it looks like it's made from rusted scraps of metal, but still dangerous. "If you're going to do swords, I may as well too."
<kalonZombie> 6*LJ hops away, then slides in and tries to give some small light smacks, using static electricity to power them, but not hurt Bix
<DeathStar> *Seniga pulls her blade and forms her plasma
<DeathStar> >Cloe> *mews, tilting her head as if seeing if Cherie is okay with it*
<Kemonohime> <Tenebrae> If Seniga and Nell-called use abilities, then One will not hold back." She lowers her head a little, face and expression darkening. The blade in her left hand delicate and seeming to have a special property, the hilt and decoration resembling a night-blooming flower. But her shadow wreaths over her right arm and becomes bestial, like a dragon's forearm.
<Seraphna> * Nell forms her Earth, surrounding her body in sturdy looking rock. "This makes a cool combo, no?" She moves into a ready stance. "And it's sparring Ten Ten, so hold back a little. No lethal."
<Xanatos> 6* Bix whirs at the shocks then smacks again, a overhead swipe this time.
<Sara> * Cherie looks into Cloé's eyes with what looks like concern for her
<kalonZombie> 6*LJ tries to duck it, keeping an eye out for a sneaky low attack if Bix goes for one of those
<DeathStar> *Seniga pumps plasma into the sword, and leaps, slashing at Tenebrae*
<Seraphna> * Nell comes out at Tenebrae's other side, slashing horizontal to Seniga's attack.
<Sathen> *Jinx moves back to Selena's side, watching the others*
<DeathStar> *Cloe seems to chant in some weird language and both of them glow. Cloé's air beginning to turn more into a color matching Cherie's. Cherie would feel more of Cloe's emotions for a moment before Cloe manages get a grasp*
<DeathStar> <Cloe> Um, I think it worked
<Kemonohime> * Tenebrae reaches up and parries with the flowery longsword, a shadow sliding into the shape of a wing to counter attack at her, the bestial arm reaching out to guard against Nell, but looking more like she will straight up 'grab' her sword
<DeathStar> *she says, actually talking*
<Sara> * Cherie looks taken aback
<Chaintan> 6*Ruhi blinks as well
<DeathStar> *Cloe flails, scared at her voice, and hides*
<Jackieness> <Bella> "Cherie, are you alright?"
<kalonZombie> 6*Since he doesn't see one coming, LJ does a jump kick with some static at Bix
<Chaintan> <Ruhi> Cloe?
<Seraphna> * Nell shifts her shield arm in place of her sword as she comes around for another swing, the shield twisting to grow spikey.

<Sara> * Cherie looks at Bella for a moment as if considering, then gives a shrugging nod
<DeathStar> <Selena> It seems so. *she calls out* When you all are done, I will pair you up for your mock training battles
<Jackieness> <Bella> *just nods when Cherie answers*
<Chaintan> 6*Ruhi nods to Selena
<Sathen> *Jinx smiles* *whisper* Good. Blue kitty live.
<Chaintan> <Ruhi> You both sure youre ok?
<DeathStar> <Selena> It will be Ruhi and Bella, and Cherie and Jinx. Though I guess now that she is pacted, she has the power of a familiar now.
<Chaintan> 6*Ruhi makes a face and rises, facing Selena
<DeathStar> *Cloé nods. Cherie would likely feel her magic power in the stone is boosted*
<Chaintan> <Ruhi> now just a minute
<Sathen> *Jinx goes wide eyed* *whisper* Fight? Me?
<Jackieness> <Bella> "Huh?"
<Chaintan> <Ruhi> I understand all of us sparring but I am not alright with the idea of Cherie fighting
<DeathStar> <Selena> You and Cherie are of similiar size, so I picked you two. Cherie will have to fight, sooner or later. Or do you plan to risk her sitting outside the base when we go inside?
<Sara> * Cherie whispers to Ruhi that things feel a bit weird
<Sara> * Then looks at Selena nervously
<DeathStar> <Selena> Or will you take yourself out of the equation, putting us down one, to sit out with her too?

<DeathStar> <Selena> Or else she needs to be able to be protect herself as she goes on. If you are tied up and she is alone at some point and is attacked

<Sathen> *Jinx nervously digs her foot into the ground* *whisper* Could give thoughts...memories to help?

<Chaintan> <Ruhi> they shouldnt have to be in danger...6*Ruhi regards Cherie and kneels down to look at her in the eyes

<Sara> * Cherie looks nervous and worried
<Chaintan> 6*Ruhi takes both her hands and gives a gentle squeeze1 <Ruhi> I want you to think on it for right now ok? its ok to say no, just as much as its ok to be scared
<Sathen> *Jinx will just stay standing by her lonesome, looking over at the other groups for a bit to watch their progress before looking back to Cherie*

<Sara> * Cherie pets her, seeming a little shaken at the earlier idea of fighting

<DeathStar> *Cloe nods, and takes her hand. She focuses, and turns and Cherie would feel a bit stronger and calmer, Cloe sharing her mental state with her* If need be Cloé could join with Cherie temporarily to boost power
<DeathStar> *Then Cloe gets distracted by a butterfly, swatting at it*
<DeathStar> *Selena claps, calling an end to the Tenebrae fight, motioning them to come over. She whistles, letting Bix and LJ know they are in sudden death*
<Seraphna> * Nell moves to Selena with Jinx, looking worried. "Company coming."
<Sathen> *Jinx waves her arms at Selena* *whisper* No good! Unknown thoughts near.
<DeathStar> *Selena nods, and bounces off to check on it, turning Seniga to watch the LJ/Bix battle*
<Kemonohime> * Tenebrae scurries back, her pale hair now black, the red gone form her eyes and not having the elf-like ears. She's holding the flowery longsword.
<Sathen> *Jinx follows after Selena, trying to follow the source of the thoughts as well*
<Xanatos> 6* Bix comes sliding in near the others on his face, his butt smoking.
<kalonZombie> 6*LJ has the biggest grin on his face
<DeathStar> *Selena returns, holding an Aurit in her 30's, who is rather cute*
<Seraphna> Nell> "Boy on boy, always entertaining."

<DeathStar> *The Aurit is a female, looking rather scared*

<DeathStar> *Selena drops the Aurit onto the ground. The Aurit glances at Tenebrae a few times, then looks shifty eyed*

<Xanatos> 6* Bix cleans his face off and walks over to peer at the aurit.

<Kemonohime> * Tenebrae, the threatening-looking preteen stomps toward the aurit, her hair going flame-like red.
