<DeathStar> 6* Using a combination of spirits and the flying carriage, the group arrives at the capital of the amazons, which is A beautiful paradise city made like Ancient Greek in many ways, the Amazons styled their city to be appeasing to both the eye and soul of the women who live there. Built at the base of the large lake, it is also the home of the Great Water Spirit. The buildings are all built like the Ancient Greek buildings, or in many ways, like Paradise Island from the Wonder Woman comics. There is a huge training arena where women train daily to keep in shape, and they use various monsters to fight again, or each other to keep in shape. They hold monthly tournaments, and yearly tournaments called the Annual Tournaments. Fighting to the death is not allowed.
<kalonZombee> 6*To show her superiority over men, Ceilia continues to make Mykel carry her everywhere
<DeathStar> 6* However, it is different now. Due to Qui's rule. As they land, they see there are men now, with men training groups along with the women, some mixed, some along, working and training, and no longer slaves or used as sex.
<DeathStar> 6* The divisions all seem equal and the Legion even have some there to help the growth, in show of the alliance
<DeathStar> 6* Shion looks tired and leans on the carriage as they arrive.
<Xanatos`> 6* Simon peers around appraisingly, not having visited before the change but having read enough to get a good idea.
<Luci> Alita> "Are you feeling okay Shion?"
<Sathen> *Mykel sets Ceilia down and makes her walk by herself, to ensure that a bad impression isn't given*

<Sathen> *Maeryn closes her eyes and after a moment the large panther steps up beside her* Here, climb on and just tell him where you want him to go.
<Luci> * Alita nods, then joins her husband and waves, since they're technically Legion nobility now.
<DeathStar> 6* Shion nods to Maeryn that she is fine and walks along, showing no weakness, arms behind her back. As they walk, Undine comes along, a water bubble carrying a certain Kiichigo, who Undine has been watching over

<Xanatos`> 6* Simon moves along towards after the group, a bit behind as he looks around.
<Nyaomi> * Vyvy waves to Undine, letting the two daugters down so they can look about, but having Celsius and Shiva each assigned one to watch over.

<DeathStar> 6* The groups go back to training. Surprisingly, there are signs of actual couples forming as Simon looks around

<Nyaomi> * Kiichigo deadpans a bit, waving dismissingly at Shion and Undine.

<Nyaomi> * Kiichigo sneers at her, but sticks it in her mouth. Kasha can be seen in the background-- in her humanoid form, apparently not at the Academy.
<DeathStar> <Shiva> *sighs, then peers at Sylph curiously, then at Ellie as they reach a giant test that looks like a small building*
<Nyaomi> * She directs a weapon course, of varied kinds of weapons, barking orders with a lazy, bored expression.
<Sathen> *Mykel walks along with Alita and Ceilia, keeping things mostly presentable. Maeryn rides her panther since Shion declined the offer*
<DeathStar> *Shion falls off the panther*
<DeathStar> <Shion> Ah. Oh well
<Nyaomi> (She actually took the ride up a few lines)
<Sathen> (I thought that was for something else, sorry)
<Nyaomi> * Vyvy catches Shion before she tumbles entirely.
<Luci> * Talia rides in style on Simon's shoulder.
<Nyaomi> <Vyvy> Oopsy-daisy," She says, righting Shion, then laughs. "Sorry, lots of time with kids."
<Sathen> *Maeryn pulls Shion back up on the panther* You actually look better up there than I do
<DeathStar> <Shion> It's okay. *She nods to Vyvy, patting both. The guard at the temple studies Simon, sniffing him, damn man, then jerks at voice chiding her to let them in*
<Xanatos`> 6* Simon tilts his head at the sniffing then bows his head in thanks when the guard steps aside.
<DeathStar> 6* Shion steps off and walks in slowly and Shiva and Celsius sit with the kids. Undine walks in with bubble girl while Sylph sits on Ellie's head. Inside they find Qui on the chair, wearing practically nothin, topless again
<Luci> * Talia paws at them. "Talia keep this one in line."
<DeathStar> <Qui>You actually came.
<Luci> Alita> "HOW many times have we chased after you when you wander off or get in trouble, again?"
<Luci> * Alita smiles.
<kalonZombee> <Ceilia> Well duh we came, we're friends aren't we?
<DeathStar> <Qui> I suppose so. *she motions for everyone in the tent to go but them, and Qui hops down, patting Simon, then the others*
<Nyaomi> <Vyvy> Yo, Qui.
<Xanatos`> 6* Simon steps and then quickly moves his gaze to the ceiling.

<Sathen> *Mykel bows when he comes inside, when he straightens he smiles in friendly greeting*

<DeathStar> <Qui> *she rubs Ellie's head and hugs her* Well. *she moves to sit* Me and Gwen are better at splitting into each other. Perhaps due to how "long" we lived in that alternate future. But it would be disasterous. I have no heir after all

<DeathStar> <Qui> I have been continuing my new laws and changes. No longer taking men as sex slaves. Allowing men rights. Trying to bring men and women together in the army. I've been writing the laws as fast as I can
<Nyaomi> <Vyvy> Be careful. Too much change all at once could have the opposite effect
<kalonZombee> <Ceilia> And you fear there's pushback?
<Sathen> Mykel> Are you considering stepping aside and letting one of the Matrons take over?
<DeathStar> <Qui> If I did step aside, a conservative Matron might reverse it

<DeathStar> <Qui> But the world of Geyze is changing. Look along you. Your other team changed the Naturalist, the Ents are changing. The Mages and Spiritalist are being changed

<DeathStar> <Qui> I just hope that I can do what I can do, and convince the laws to the Matrons. I just hope I don't change into Gwen before that. As for preserving it, I need to stay here. It would be easier to leave Gwen, but I cannot figure out how we combined again

<Sathen> *Mykel glances to Sasha, trying to guage what they might be able to do*
<Luci> * Alita muses. "Then we need to make sense of it."
<Sathen> Maeryn> Why not just send all these Matrons who would change things back into a scenario where they would lose their status?

<DeathStar> <Undine> *water droplets go from one to the other and the dead figure begins to rise up, but the original figure looks half full*

<Sathen> *Maeryn sits on the side of the large pool, one foot dangling in it as she listens; her panther having carried Shion in licks up water*

<DeathStar> <Undine> Basically, in this world, one can use their life force to tie another person to them. But what is the cost?
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "Hmmmm..."
<Luci> Alita> "A portion of themselves, or their spirit?"
<Sathen> Mykel> The two lives are connected and there's no way to seperate them...even if you split them physically.
<DeathStar> <Undine> Yes. As children, Qui saved badly damaged Gwen. Now, they were seperated if you remember.
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "SO it is destiny for them to be together..."
<DeathStar> <Undine> *she slices the line in the picture* But it also means they each have half a life span
<Luci> Alita> "You're saying seperating them would shorten their lives."
<Nyaomi> <Vyvy> Hmm..." She muses on that thought, thinking about Catherine.
<Xanatos`> <Simon> But one could argue that being forced to take 'turns' with the body would equate to only half a lifespan also.
<Sathen> *Mykel ponders for a moment* While they share a body they have the full lifespan.
<DeathStar> <Undine> Yes it can. Being sepearate is just burning them a bit faster. I can't say how much. It could be a full life.
<Luci> Alita> "True, there's the saying that the candle that burns half as long burns more brightly. They might live fuller, happier lives seperated than together, even if shorter ones."
<Sathen> Mykel> Seperate though they have half...and the only way to give them more time would be to 'infuse' them with more spirit from another source...or to restore what was lost to Gwen.
<DeathStar> <Undine> Indeed. So here we are. I need all of you to cut them in half again if that is your choice
<Luci> Talia> "Should ask them."
<DeathStar> <Undine> If we reveal it, it might make their spirits go more out of synch
<Sathen> Maeryn> I suggest 'volunteering' the Matrons to supply the spirit energy they need for them to have a full life.
<Luci> * Talia puffs cheeks.
<DeathStar> <Undine> I don't rob life from non volunteers
<DeathStar> <Shion> So you do from volunteers
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "The decision should belong to Qui and Gwen. This si their fate that we are speaking of."

<Xanatos`> <Simon> So you need energy from us to even perform the act. If you took a bit more, could it potentially extend their lifespans? Or does it not act that way?

<DeathStar> <Undine> The energy I take is non-life, it's spirit energy, don't worry. If you wanted to take life span... *she closes her eyes* If you wanted to volunteer
<Nyaomi> <Vyvy> Would you give me a moment?

<Sathen> Mykel> It's possible that a number of those outside, if given the choice to help their Queen, would volunteer without hesitation even if they don't know the exact reason for the assistance needed.
<DeathStar> <Shion> It's possible. *she muses, peering at Mykel*
<DeathStar> <Shion> She has done a lot to help her people - the men especially
<DeathStar> <Shion> But if it got out, it will get to Qui too
<Nyaomi> * Vyvy peers at them.
