<Luci> * Luci nods and syncs up. "I'll provide support for now instead of being the wall. That's Max's job for now."

<Sathen> *Jelly looks around the area, his own datareader set to alert him quietly if there's activity (signals) in the area besides their own*

<DeathStar> 6* Asarar taps her wrist and the world goes wavery, trying to pull them into the Net this far away with her device. It finally filters and the world goes dark blue and shadows, with the buildings all being the same. Asarar makes sure to keep their bodies real with her ability
<DeathStar> 6* The symbol is still there in the Net, but unlike the quiet of Quad 6 a moment ago, it's creepy silence
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar walks down the end of the alley and peers around the Asian market, making sure no Tech-Runners are there, then moves back to the symbol

<Sathen> Jelly> We've got one on the Club too...with a couple of entrances for individuals who are recognized by the firewall.

<Xanatos> 6* Logan pokes at his settings but pauses and leaves it alone.

<Luci> * Luci peers over a moment, then looks back out. "If I could do that I'd form a virtual steak."
<DeathStar> <Asarar> The reason I focused on this assignment, Shion says that Geyze has a Spirit Realm that is a mirrior universe like this

<DeathStar> <Asarar> I don't know. From what Shion described it, it wasn't quite like the Net. But ..
<DeathStar> <Asarar> What are the chances both planets have a form of it
<Xanatos> <Logan> I wouldn't be shocked. It would make sense really, two sides of the same coin.
<DeathStar> <Asarar> The symbol does feel like it is something. .... This is going to be hard
<Luci> Luci> "Well if our world was like Geyze at one point, a very good chance?"
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar raises her arms and begins to spread them apart, like parting the air
<Luci> Luci> "Spirits already seem to be compatible with our world... so I assume we're just like Geyze but missing the parts to make our machine work... like that time I took that card out of the datapad and Asarar sighed at me."

<Xanatos> 6* Logan moves over to Asarar's side, ready to help if needed. He keeps glancing down the alley, wary they'll get spotte.d
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar finally shoves them apart. Unlike in the real world, there seems to be a passage that is unblocked
<Luci> Luci> "Cool. Where's the fanfare?"
<Sathen> *Jelly doesn't look too impressed* Jeez boss, you do like to be flashy...
<DeathStar> <Asarar> Hm. I did not expect that work
<DeathStar> <Asarar> If you go down the passage, I wouldn't jump to the real world. It could be bad for your health

<Luci> Luci> "I probably need you to do that anyway."

<Sathen> Jelly> And as far as the two alternate realities...our Net and the Spirit Realm on Geyze. There is another theory to consider. *follows along*

<Xanatos> <Logan> I always figured the seekers had set up hidden corridors like this...this is interesting.
<DeathStar> <Asarar> And that is? *they finally reach a plaza where a church is set up. Asarar shudders, remembering the last church incident*
<Luci> * Luci tilts her head, peering around carefully.
<Sathen> Jelly> According to the histories, Kumen used to have life and Spirits of its own; then it all died out. When the Colony began it's possible that somebody found a way into the Spirit Realm that survived on Kumen but was void of any Spirits.
<Sathen> Jelly> That somebody didn't recognize it as a spirit realm and just referred to it as 'the Net' because they were able to access it using tech.
<DeathStar> <Asarar> It is curious. It is a shame the so called creator, Tora, doesn't know more. Sometimes I wonder how connected she is
<Xanatos> <Logan> Or just how much she knows but doesn't share...
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar waks into the church, looks old fashioned. Like back when the colony was first made. It has wooden walls and pews and an alter but the altar looks odd*
<Luci> * Luci follows, peering at the altar.

<Xanatos> 6* Logan pauses and kneels by the floorboards, digging at them to try and pry them loose.

<Sathen> *Jelly peers at the disappearing arm stuff as well* Yeah...not a normal occurence in the Net.
<DeathStar> 6* They rip up and Logan would find a book that looks new, likely preserved in the Net

<Xanatos> <Logan> Hm. Hidden book. 6* He takes it and reads the cover.

<Xanatos> 6* Logan puts the boards back and then stands up to peer toweard the alter, he tucks the book under his arm and walks over.

<DeathStar> 6* Logan would see text about the Truth being hidden and the Englightened one must seek it out. It describes the altar, with them claiming the Net is nothing but coding and the world false.
<Xanatos> <Logan> ...is this cultish speak for: "Hey we figured out how to make a portal."
<Luci> LUci> "MAybe? What's it say? Is he going to wind up in a toilet in the capital building or something?"
<Xanatos> <Logan> Basically that that the net is a series of code and the world is false. Also that the enlightened should seek out the Truth.

<Sathen> Jelly> Question is...are we still in the Net in some form of sub-section of the coding?
<DeathStar> 6* It seems to be trying to connect to an unknown signal, since other than what Logan has installed, it can't find any ports like the city has to connect to and get information./downloads

<Xanatos> <Logan> Jelly, check you reader, see if you can decipher the node location it's trying to connect to, maybe we can use that to find a way out?
<Luci> Luci> "Hrm..." *she gently feels at the floor, then the walls, wondering if the floating numbers are obscuring a path*
<Luci> LUci> "All this travelling light could simply be making the way hard to see...?"
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar does the same with her reader and studies it, then goes ahea and connects to it

<DeathStar> <Asarar> It may be what parts of me are Biotech but I feel like this node is putting data in me without permission.

<DeathStar> 6* Asarar hits the cancel button, but shakes her head. She eyes the place, her eyes going a bit strange, her mechanical features showing

<Xanatos> <Logan> I'm part cyborg...I think Jelly should connect. 6* He kneels by Jelly and tries to do a local connection to Asarar to see if his can do diagnostics on her.

<Sathen> *Jelly nods, raising his datareader and getting ready to connect as well while also burning a stamina to restore his langeley ability*
