<DeathStar> 6* Ymir stalks after, cat ears twitching. Ymir leads them to the Presidental Tower, where Riki's office is accessed by elevator. Ymir leans in peering at Pepper as they ride up

<DeathStar> <Su> We have been sending agents to test bringing down these mysterious cores in other Quads. Basically in ones that are in areas we know are secure. Quad 1, Ymir's. Quad 2 with the clothing girl, and Quad 7 with Twilight. We also brought Quad 5 down since you live in it
<DeathStar> <Su> We discovered a lot of things, even having a few summoners from Geyze show up to look at our results.
<Sara> <Erica> Summoners, huh...
<DeathStar> <Su> Yes, a girl with a flighty wind spirit and Kalam
<DeathStar> 6* Su clicks a button and a screen shows Geyze and Kumen
<Seraphna> Cookie> "Sylph?"
<DeathStar> <Su> I don't know how much you know about our planets, but they are unusual in the system. They still circle our sun, but they also circle each other
<Seraphna> Cookie> "We call that a binary orbit."
<DeathStar> <Su> Okay, fancy pants.
<Seraphna> * Cookie giggles. "Just... studying a lot to pilot better."
<DeathStar> <Su> Anyway, our experts, and with more of those tech spheres down, they think that the spirit world is not on either of our planets.
<Xanatos`> <Pepper> So...smart... 6* She grabs her chest in mock pain.
<DeathStar> <Su> Which is confusing them since I am told each of us have mirror images of our spirit world.
<DeathStar> *Su looks at Erica* Riki wants to task you with finding this spirit planet. It has to be close to our two worlds

<Xanatos`> <Pepper> Sorry. What...is a spirit world? Is it like the Net?

<DeathStar> <Su> We believe the Net merged with our spirit world, but yes. Basically.
<Xanatos`> <Pepper> Oh, neat. Never been to Geyze so I don't know much about spirits! 6* She seems slightly embarassed, rubbing the back of her neck.
<Seraphna> Cookie> "They're nice. Well, most of them."

<DeathStar> 6* Sylph lands on Erica's head and peers down, admiring her rack
<Xanatos`> 6* Pepper oohs, leaning in close to look at the spirits.

<Kemonohime> * a child with dark hair would elf-like ears and crazy irises of green and violet sits on Kalam's shoulder.
<Sara> <Erica> Cheers. *she blinks at being landed on*
<Kemonohime> * Saoirse flicks Sylph. "You got your own."

<Sara> * Ellie seems nervous/shy, but tries to keep Sylph's attention

<DeathStar> *Yuki takes a seat, watching the chaos. Sylph hops off and ages into her "adult" form. Bowing. Going from a tiny little spirit that fits on the hand to a grown woman

<DeathStar> <Kalam> Basically, we are hoping to find the spirit planet. Vyvy and Simon are looking to get the spiritalists thrown out but if there is an easier way to travel to it
<Sara> * Ellie jerks
<Xanatos`> 6* Pepper makes another awe-struck face at Slyph growing up and nods her approval.
<Jackieness> <Airym> "I see. I made an extensive study of spirit-tech previously, both the Aquariu's spirit-tech enhancements and an exploration of the ancient machinery within the Academy grounds on Geyze. I believe I cna adapt this knowledge."
<Xanatos`> <Pepper> I like Spirits, they're really impressive.
<DeathStar> *Sylph picks Tenebrae up and peers at Ellie, giving her a smile. In the corner she seems to have bought a ton of Kumen tech, like weird marbles, a device, and other things
<Seraphna> Cookie> "They're nice people, yes."
<DeathStar> 6* Celsius sits quietly
<Kemonohime> <Tenebrae> Om nom nomnomnom!" She 'nibbles' on Sylph's hand then makes a pop sound and her eyes and hair turn pale green, growing white-green feathers along her wrists and angles and filorial in her hair at her crown
<DeathStar> *Yuki has Wolfe sit in a free spot and grabs the controls, piloting them forward. Kalam moves to the sensors to keep an eye out, while Mireille joins Sylph and Celisius
<DeathStar> <Sylph> Ack. My powers have been stolen. *flails overly dramaticlaly, poofing into small form*
<Sara> * Ellie is oblivious to the nature of the stuff Sylph got ahold of, but obediently takes a guest seat
<Seraphna> * Cookie shrugs and manages the navigation system for now.

<Jackieness> <Airym> *works to recalibrate the ship sensors*
<Jackieness> <Airym> "Yes, Yuki?"
<Kemonohime> * Tenebrae pouts, having enjoyed being held it seems, tickling at Sylph with a 'tail' ending in a few of the feathers before standing by Celsius and studying Mireille then gasping at all the screens and displays
<DeathStar> <Yuki> If the two planets have this third planet, and they are binaries, would do you think we should look first?
<DeathStar> *Mireille watches the kid, fascinated*
<Sara> <Erica> Well, if this planet was never found, it must be camoflauged in some way, perhaps even intangible without the right way of entering
<Jackieness> <Airym> "If there is a third planet in this system, it should affect the gravity of every other body in the system."
<Sara> <Erica> What do you guys think?
<DeathStar> <Yuki> Probably. We know our system has a dead planet near the moon, the two binaries, and the gas giant
<Xanatos`> <Pepper> You think it's in this system but like...invisible?
<DeathStar> <Celsius> Yes. *she nods* It's spiritual
<Sara> <Erica> The thought had occured to me, but the dead planet could always be it in disguise, too
<Sara> * She nods
<Xanatos`> <Pepper> What better way to hide something than in plain sight?
<Seraphna> Cookie> "True, it might be easier to disguise via an illusion than to hide completely."
<DeathStar> 6* Yuki flies them toward the dead planet and stops above orbit
<Jackieness> <Airym> *alters parameters for gravitational anomalies* "Its gravity well would be hard to disguise, even if it were somehow invisible. If not the grabity well directly, then the effetc it has on locla space."
<Kemonohime> * Tenebrae pops back to her 'normal' form and gazes at the 'dead' planet
<Kemonohime> <Tenebrae> ... uwaa...
<Jackieness> <Airym> "Now scanning for spirit energy signatures and gravitational anomalies."
<DeathStar> *Erica and Yuki's baby eyes Tenebrae, eyes narrowed*
<Seraphna> Cookie> *watches with interest*

<DeathStar> 6* The planet doesn't seem to have any spiritual residue on it, but it does seem to have a crystalized formation that the sun reflects off
<DeathStar> <Kalam> Yes?
<Kemonohime> <Tenebrae> Marbuhl!
<Kemonohime> * She waves her wands at the display
<Xanatos`> <Pepper> What's up with those crystal things? That like those ugly things we fought?
<Jackieness> <Airym> "I am detecting a strange crystalline formation." *focuses scans on it*
<Sara> * Erica peers. "Crystals... Centerpoint influence?"
<Seraphna> Cookie> "If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck..."
<Kemonohime> * Tenebrae then jerks, squeaking and grabs her chest.
<DeathStar> 6* The crystals might be a weaker form of it, but it mostly seems to just be reflective. Kalam picks Tenebrae up and moves her off bridge
<Jackieness> <Airym> "The formation seems to be reflecting our scans."
<DeathStar> <Yuki> That's odd.
<Kemonohime> * Tenebrae coughs up a crystalline shard in the hall into her hands while being held.
<DeathStar> 6* Yuki eyes the sunlight and adjusts it for the reflectors*
<Kemonohime> * Tenebrae peers at the shard, then Kalam, then the shard. She bites on it.
<DeathStar> <Yuki> It seems to aim toward the two planets.
<Seraphna> * Cookie tilts her head slowly.
<Seraphna> Cookie> "Like a prism almost..."
<DeathStar> <Yuki> That mean something?
<Seraphna> Cookie> "Well, that planet is essentially sending energy from itself to the other two."
<Seraphna> Cookie> "Light is after all, a form of energy."
<Xanatos`> <Pepper> ...maybe that's why it's dead?
<DeathStar> *Airym would pick up a faint gravity anomoly near the dead planet, as if being near it has allowed the sensors to pick up on it
<Seraphna> Cookie> "Or it's essentially establishing a connection for some reason. Maybe why the spirits are, in a way, projecting a mirror world on another plane."
<DeathStar> <Yuki> Well, our three spirits don't seem to be interested in it
<Jackieness> <Airym> "I am detecting a gravitational anomaly." *scans the anomaly*
<DeathStar> 6* It seems to be faint, near the two planets Geyze and Kumen
<Xanatos`> <Pepper> Oh this is making my head hurt...so much more complicated than flying around and shooting stuff!
<DeathStar> <Yuki> Welcome to the majority of our job
<Xanatos`> <Pepper> Uh oh. I've made a mistaaaaake. 6* She giggles at herself
<Jackieness> <Airym> "Captain, I would advise cautious approach to the anomaly so I might perform additional analysis."
<DeathStar> 6* Yuki flies them. It seems to be a spot between the two binary planets, but as they move away, the gravity readings fade out, going invisibleagain
<Jackieness> <Airym> "Fascinating. The anomaly disappeared once we left the vicinity of the dead world."
<Xanatos`> <Pepper> Oooh, maybe that crystal thing is what's hiding the other planet!?
<DeathStar> <Yuki> Could retracted light do that?
<DeathStar> <Yuki> Or is it something about the crystals themselves
<Xanatos`> <Pepper> Uh. 6* She shrugs
<Jackieness> <Airym> "Possibly. The crystals may be a projector of soem sort."
<Xanatos`> <Pepper> What if we blow up that crystal thing?
<Seraphna> * Cookie considers. "It... could actually."
<DeathStar> <Yuki> I guess we could. But only if Erica orders it. I can try flying us around between it and scanning
<Jackieness> <Airym> "I advise against it. We do not understand the nature of the anomaly."
<DeathStar> <Yuki> Alright, I'll fly us around. Spirits, keep feeling out, Airym, keep scanning
<DeathStar> *She flies around between the Geyze and Kumen
<Xanatos`> <Pepper> What if we like...ping out with the tractor beam, if there's a planet ther it would bring us to a halt or proivde some sort of resistance?
<Jackieness> <Airym> *resumes scans*
<DeathStar> *Kalam returns with Tenebrae. Celsius and Sylph perk up and point ahead
<DeathStar> <Sylph> I feel something there.
<DeathStar> 6* Airym's readings pick up minute spiritual readings
<Xanatos`> <Pepper> Yay, Spirits!
<Seraphna> Cookie> Hmm... I've never tried to sense the thoughts of a spirit before..."
<Jackieness> <Airym> "Confirmed. There are spirit energy readings."
<DeathStar> <Yuki> So how do we make it appear?
<DeathStar> <Yuki> If it's there. *Yuki flies about. A few stars seem to be blacked out in the area, as if something is blocking it*
<Seraphna> Cookie> "If it's using light to cloak, light could also disrupt it."
<Xanatos`> <Pepper> Maybe it's a field we need to fly through. OR maybe we can go back to that crystal thing and you smart folks could find a way to turn it off.
<Kemonohime> <Tenebrae> ...!" She wriggles in Kalam's arms. "Feel friends!"
<DeathStar> <Yuki> Try the light thing, Yuki, while I fly straight ahead

<DeathStar> 6* Yuki tilts the joystick forward since Erica isn't ordering caution
<Jackieness> <Airym> "If we interpose the Aquarius in the path of the projection and modulate the drive system, we could temporarily refract the field if it is indeed being projected by the formation."
<Sara> <Erica> Whoa, careful. I think...
<Sara> <Erica> I honestly am inclined to the same belief that the crystal is part of the system 'hiding' it.
<Seraphna> * Cookie sets up the external spotlights the ship probably has.
<Jackieness> <Airym> "If a projection is indeed hiding the whole, refracting the projection should cause the object to momentarily appear."
<Sara> <Erica> Yes. Let's disrupt it.
<DeathStar> <Yuki> Do it, Airym
<Jackieness> <Airym> "Preparing to modulate the drive system to generate the disruption field." *programs the algorithms into the engineering systems*
<DeathStar> 6* After a moment, something flickers in front of them and a rather large planet appears, with tons of clouds
<DeathStar> 6* Yuki having gotten close to flying into it
<Xanatos`> <Pepper> Whoaaaaaa, a whole freakin planet was being hidden!
<Xanatos`> <Pepper> Amazing.
<Sara> <Erica> I wouldn't wnat to just destroy the crystal in that case, that would open it to every danger out there...
<Xanatos`> <Pepper> That's why you're the boss!
<Sara> <Erica> It'd also alarm everyone who could see it in the sky.
<Jackieness> <Airym> "I shall need to study this phenomenon as this could potentially improve our stealth systems considerably."
<Sara> <Erica> Take us in for a landing if you can.
<DeathStar> 6* Yuki flies them in and Kalam holds Tenebrae up. Sylph stands on Ellie's head. As they get down, they would see a massive land mass to the east continent, in the shape of Geyze, and the right side looks like the landmass of Kumen. Thankfully each planet is more water than land
<Sara> <Ellie> Feels bizarre...
<DeathStar> <Celsius> Strange.
<Xanatos`> <Pepper> So it's like...both planets in one? WEEEEEIRD. Also...huge!
<DeathStar> <Yuki> That might explain why one can jump from the spirit side of one to the other.
<Jackieness> <Airym> "Alternatively, Geyze and Kumen are not real."
<Sara> <Erica> It's weird to imagine a single large planet acting as a 'mirror' to another physical planet... let alone two.
