<Seraphna> * Nell peers them over, now looking slightly older than Luci. "Mmm, still mostly use shields and stuff. My Earth Attunement and all that."
<Sara> * Cherie is quiet, but she looks perplexed by all of this
<Chaintan> 6*Wolfe yawns with Ruhi on one shoulder
<DeathStar> <Seniga> We should get you into the capital. It's safe in these areas, but you never know when a C'en flyer will go by
<DeathStar> *Seniga heads for the capital*
<Jackieness> <Kira> "You're holding here?"
<Xanatos> 6* Logan pushes himself to his feet, dusting himself off.

<Seraphna> * Nell nods, keeping an eye out. "I don't think they're really trying to take it back, to be honest."
<Xanatos> <Logan> Question is how we ended up here. 6* He mumbles to himself, peering up in the sky for the aquarius, to no avail.

<Sara> * Chelsea tries to help Cypher with walking, considering how Cypher was when they arrived
<Jackieness> <Kira> "Something is happening with the time gate."
<DeathStar> *Cypher studies her other counterpart, moving to follow the kids while leaning on Chelsea, while Asarar keeps a hand on Kira*
<DeathStar> <Seniga> Yeah. We sent the SOS out two years ago. You all just arrived
<Sara> <Chelsea> Two years ago...
<Seraphna> Nell> "That time portal must really lag or something."
<DeathStar> <Seniga> The warriors in the other continents have been gearing up for war against us, or you in the past. And the priests have been up to something.
<Xanatos> 6* Bix marches along, chirping. Logan grans his shotgun and moves after the group.
<Jackieness> <Kira> "The connection has been falling apart."
<Seraphna> Nell> "Don't sweat it Dad. I'm just more like Momma I guess."
<DeathStar> <Seniga> Cheryl said it's likely because your past is different from ours now. You are going your own path. *as they enter the capital streets, all the guards, and checkpoints are gone, with races from both Kumen and Geyze traveling around the city. Seniga hops up to the old capital building*
<Xanatos> <Logan> I believe the Aquarius team encountered them recently, but after we fought them off we've been mostly dealing with the day to day. No c'en.
<Sara> <Chelsea> Then... won't this place cease to exist entirely?
<Sara> * Cherie's ears droop at those words, but she says nothing
<DeathStar> <Seniga> We asked Cheryl the same thing. What was her words

<DeathStar> <Seniga> We will become a pocket reality

<Xanatos> <Bix> Time fragment!
<DeathStar> *Seniga pushes the doors open, and calls out* Ruhi. We have visitors.

<Chaintan> <Ruhi> the tea kind or the baseball bat kind
<Seraphna> Nell> "Yeah like... our own little place. I've been hoping that means the jerks who took us over will be cut off a bit too but I'm afraid it's more like two sets of enemies."
<DeathStar> *Future Riki, since the past one was not allowed to go, works on food. She loves to cook.

<Sara> * Cherie jerks slightly at Ruhi's response to just having visitors
<DeathStar> <Seniga> *an aside to the others* In the last 4 years, she's gotten cranky. I think it's due to wrinkles
<Xanatos> <Bix> Push 'em back, way back! 6* He chants, like a cheerleader.

<Seraphna> * Nell waves to Ruhi, who tries to be more personal with her ever since she learned they were childhood buddies.

<DeathStar> *Seniga goes into her office and pulls Ruhi out, pointing at the past team*

<Seraphna> * Nell taps the walls, seemingly checking on the integrity of the metal around them.

<Xanatos> <Logan> Two years ago? I hope it wasn't desperate.
<Seraphna> Nell> "Well, not so much anymore. You lose the desperate feeling after a few days... weeks... months..."
<Sara> * Chelsea gazes down a bit, wishing she had been here sooner

<DeathStar> *Seniga goes into a room, and pulls out an energy board. The kid Cheryl is snoozing beside it, wheeled out too*
<DeathStar> *Seniga taps a button and the world map comes on, flickering. She whaps it*
<Jackieness> <Kira> "We were seperated from the others. The Geyze Academy and the Aquarius also came."
<DeathStar> <Seniga> Over the past 4 years. *she leans in conspiratorally* You should see who Bella and Ruhi hooked up with

<Sara> <Chelsea> Erica should have tried evasive maneuvers. *she looks slightly frustrated* But yes, the Aquarius came... the whole thing. The ship.
<Chaintan> 6*Ruhi places down a box of animal crackers for kid Cheryl, strangely her favorite
<Xanatos> <Bix> Bella: Hooked Bix up to console for repairs!
<DeathStar> *Cheryl leaps up. One would forget she was a demi-duplicate from Centerpoint, grabbing at it*

<DeathStar> *Seniga points at the screen* As you can see, we only had the capital here when you guys left. That Miyuki and Isis girl were taken out and the government collapsed

<DeathStar> <Seniga> We spent years getting all the non C'en resistances together, and soon secured this continent
<DeathStar> *she makes the area deep purple*
<DeathStar> <Seniga> We made some headways into the third continent. *she highlights it* That's where we found the entrance to that crystal world
<DeathStar> <Seniga> Unfortunately, it was shut off
<Jackieness> <Kira> "Crystal world?"
<kalonZombie> <Max> So you need me to punch your way in then. 6*He nods sagely
<Seraphna> Nell> "That big... place where we crossed over before."
<DeathStar> <Seniga> It was like this other planet, full of crystal hallways
<Xanatos> <Logan> They used it to transport their troops quickly over large distances, correct?
<DeathStar> <Seniga> We hoped to go back and destroy it but no dice. *she then hovers the device over the other islands* The warriors and priest have teamed up. It's one reason we called for help. The Warrior C'en are amassing a huge army. And the priests have opened another gateway on their island
<Xanatos> <Logan> Any idea where the new gateway leads?
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> *looks serious* I also think they know some of us defective. Shion is dead. Wind is missing
<Sara> <Chelsea> A gateway, huh...
<Seraphna> Nell> "We're not so sure it's to come after us, I still think they just think of us as a minor annoyance."
<Seraphna> Nell> "I think they're going after you guys or someone else."
<Jackieness> <Kira> "Do they have any ships left?"
<kalonZombie> <Max> I'll just punch 'em into submission.
<kalonZombie> <Max> Punching is a specialty of mine, you see. 6*He says to Nell
<DeathStar> <Seniga> Oh tons. But we got some too
<DeathStar> *she leans in conspirtorally* Ruhi has been trying to learn to fly them. You should see the crashes
<Sara> * Cherie's ears droop
<Jackieness> <Kira> "The Aquarius is grounded right now, but if they can get it airborne again, it could tilt things."
<Chaintan> <Ruhi> I aught to smack you...

<Seraphna> Nell> "Come to think of it, we didn't see it come in... or down."
<Xanatos> <Bix> Theory: Gateway leads to other world. C'en forces come here quickly through!
<DeathStar> *Asarar and Cypher cross their arms* Until we know what happened to the others, it will be hard to plan
<Sara> <Chelsea> We need to rejoin forces.
<DeathStar> <Seniga> We can produce whatever you need. As for looking for the others, we can only do that by searching
<Jackieness> <Bella> "What if they ended up in C'en territory?"
<Seraphna> Nell> "Yeah, no crazy radar system around here."
<DeathStar> <Cypher> That would be a bad thing
<Seraphna> * Nell frowns. "That would be bad."

<DeathStar> <Asarar> For now we should learn what we can. *she turns to the others* For now mingle with the kids. I'll work on checking these ships out
<Xanatos> <Logan> They very well may have. But we have to have faith that they can take care of themselves for now.
<DeathStar> *Asarar rises and has Seniga show her to thm*
<DeathStar> *Cypher studies Cherie, then Bella* It's nice to meet you
<Sara> * Cherie blinks a couple of times and then curtseys
<Sara> <Chelsea> I wish I could offer more but... I can help build anything that needs to be built
<DeathStar> *Riki walks over, looking a bit older, and sets down warm cookies*

<DeathStar> <Cypher> *she studies Cherie, having no memories of her* You are very pretty.

<DeathStar> *Riki wags. At that moment, sirens are heard. The alarm system*
<Sara> <Chelsea> It's because you and Asarar are still kind of the same person
<Sara> * Chelsea's ears twitch and she looks up, frowning
<DeathStar> <Cypher> We-- that isn't good
<Sara> <Chelsea> Is that an air raid siren...
<kalonZombie> <Max> Nell, sweetheart, should I grab my ammer?
<Seraphna> Nell> "Not sure yet."
<Chaintan> 6*Ruhi groans and gets her baseball bat
<DeathStar> *Cheryl pauses and turns on cameras outside. It shows tons of C'en vehicles approaching*

<DeathStar> <Cypher> Seems like they are on the move
<Seraphna> Nell> "I hate being wrong."
<Jackieness> <Bella> "Aw, damn it!" *runs out* "Close the gates!"
<Sara> * Cherie starts gathering things into a bag
<Xanatos> <Bix> Warning: Large enemy force approaching!
<DeathStar> *Outside, large walls rise up while civilians take to the roofs to fire. Explosions can be heard outside from the ships*
<Sara> <Chelsea> Where's the Aquarius when you need it...
<DeathStar> <Cypher> We'll have to survive while we can. *she moves for the ships*
<kalonZombie> 6*Max grabs his maul
<DeathStar> *A C'en vessel lands on the roof*
<Jackieness> <Kira> "...did you hear that?"
<Seraphna> Nell> "Someone above."
<kalonZombie> <Max> I'mma hit 'em
<Seraphna> * Nell picks up a metal bar and it shapes into a sword.
<DeathStar> *Riki pulls out large blasters and armors up, wobbling as she holds them*
<Jackieness> <Kira> "...didn't expect to have a couploe months added to my term...I can't fight like this."
<Chaintan> 6*Wolfe steadies Riki
<DeathStar> <Cypher> I think they're on the roof.
<Xanatos> 6* Bix marches for the ladder to get up to the roof.
<kalonZombie> 6*Max goes to follow him
<DeathStar> <Cypher> Stay here, Kira. *she rushes for the roof, holding her weapon*
<Seraphna> * Nell moves for the roof too, taking shards of metal as she goes and patching them on herself.
<Jackieness> <Bella> *skids in place, spinning around to face the building and then turns around, pounding her fist into the ground to unleash a spray of liquified earth at the C'en ship*
<Sara> * Chelsea frowns and rushes after Cypher, putting her knives up her sleeves
<DeathStar> 6* C'en warriors begin to step off their ships, armored up with no eyes seen. They hold large plasma cannons. 10 emerge from the ship, with another descending. At that moment, Asarar flies near by, firing at those in the sky*
<DeathStar> *they turn back to eye their ship being liquified, one caught in it*
<Sara> * Cherie's ears lay flat, her expression one of worry and fear, as she stays close to Ruhi
<Seraphna> * Nell tosses the sword which shapes into a spear and then explodes into shards as it gets near the soldiers.
<Xanatos> 6* Bix begins to glow red as he run away from the ladder to draw fire for the others to get up.
<kalonZombie> 6*Max rushes at one and swings mightily at a C'en's head
<DeathStar> *A volley of 9 shots follow Bix, blowing potholes in the ceiling. Max's weapon hits the armor, denting it barely and they turn back toward Max, ala Friday the 13th
<DeathStar> *Or Terminator*
<DeathStar> *The one swings their plasma blaster into Max, cracking a rib*
<DeathStar> *Cypher holds her sword* I am not sure I want to get into close range
<Seraphna> * Nell pulls one of her metal patches off after her spear explodes into the enemy and forms another sword, rushing in, she stops the roof as she goes and has a plate of the roof stab upwards at the one attacking her Dad.
<kalonZombie> 6*Max grunts in pain, swinging his hammer for the legs to trip them, then to follow up with a crushing blow to the chest, burning an action point
<Sara> <Chelsea> You shouldn't be fighting, Cy, you're... That is, I think you're... um... *she draws her knives proper, moving in front of Cypher*
<Jackieness> <Bella> "Attack their weapons!"
<DeathStar> *The chest caves in, but the C'en Warrior rises up despite it*
<Chaintan> 6*Ruhi swings for their weapons
<DeathStar> <Cypher> Jesus. What are those things made of?
<Xanatos> <Bix> Close range, dangerous! 6* He says right before fire erupts from his elbows sending him rocketing in towards one, spinning with a flaming sweep.
<DeathStar> *Cypher turns toward Chelsea, tilting her head*
<kalonZombie> 6*Max makes a face, swinging his hammer at the weapon instead
<DeathStar> *Max shatters the weapon into pieces, while Ruhi knocks another down. Both weaponless c'en reach out, lifting Max and Ruhi up by the throats*
<DeathStar> *Bix' weapon burns part of the armored face plating, revealing shining eyes*
<Sara> * Chelsea curses and slashes at the arm of the one holding Ruhi
<kalonZombie> 6*Max kicks at the C'en with both feet, burning 3 strength
<Seraphna> * Nell slices at the weapon of the closest one she gets to as she then bends the roof under those C'en's feet to try and knock them.
<Jackieness> <Bella> *sprays mud at the legs of the C'en*
<DeathStar> *Cypher charges, hitting wepaons and destroying them, while Max kicks the c'en off the roof. It tumbles down*
<Chaintan> 6*Ruhi snarls while Wolfe runs to deliver a knockout punch
<Sara> * Cherie whimpers, taking a step back from the danger but looking around to see who is hurt the worst, her bag in hand
<Xanatos> 6* Bix skids to a stop and spins around throwing plasma blobs for any armored faces, to reveal weaknesses.
<DeathStar> *Chelsea and wolfe make the one stumble. Cypher leaps and stabs at the armor exposed one, stabbing it's eyes, killing it*
<kalonZombie> 6*Max shifts into tiger form, leaping at any free C'en warrior to tear him to shreds
<DeathStar> *Three of them get stuck by the gunk and peer downm trying to break free*
<Seraphna> * Nell sends shards ot metal at the three stuck.
<DeathStar> *Max would damage the armor, but it grabs tiger Max, the wounds not that deep, as if it's skin is armored and tosses him over the edge*
<DeathStar> *Bix exposes three more faces*
<Jackieness> <Bella> *raises a bubble of mud to soften Max's landing*
<kalonZombie> 6*Max grabs for the ledge, burning a reflex
<DeathStar> *Nell would tear at the armor of the three stuck ones*
<DeathStar> *The C'en turns it's back on Max as he grabs on*
<kalonZombie> 6*Max pounces to rip him apart once more
<DeathStar> *Cypher pants and rushes at another's face, stabbing but gets punched in the jar, making her fall*
<Seraphna> * Nell then waves her hand at the metal in their armor and pulls it violently, sending it at the faces of the three exposed.
<Sara> * Chelsea makes her way toward the C'en ship
<Chaintan> 6*Wolfe joins in with Max
<DeathStar> *Nell drops 3 more. Leaving 6. As Max leaps on him, the face plate gets damaged enough for exposure, grabing at Max*
<kalonZombie> 6*Max burns an action point to just slice at his face
<DeathStar> *Max gorgues out an eye, dropping them. 4 left. The remaining 4 get into a group, each glowing*
<Seraphna> * Nell then creates a barrier from part of the roof and pulls a gun, aiming around it and firing for the masks of the next few close by.
<DeathStar> *Chelsea would find the C'en ship unprotected.*
<kalonZombie> 6*Max shifts back into his hybrid form "Nell! Sword me!
<Xanatos> 6* Bix blasts foward again, though he's a bit slower and reaches out for two more faces, aiming to slam them toward the ground, hands glowing.
<Seraphna> * Nell takes the moment to tear off part of her barrier and tosses it to Max as it shapes into a sword.
<Sara> * Chelsea moves inside of the ship, looking for the weapon systems
<DeathStar> *Bix and Nell drop 2 of the remaining 4, though they begin to rise up with their faces exposed. As chelsea moves, a c'en leaps out to grab at her to prevent her*
<Jackieness> <Bella> *uses a spray of liquified earth to try to break up the C'en formation*
<kalonZombie> 6*Max grabs it, waiting for an opportunity
<DeathStar> *Bella stops one of the glowing ones. The last glowing one runs for the building, as if to suicide bomb it*
<DeathStar> *The 3 broken out of the formation rise, their eyes glowing*
<kalonZombie> 6*Max burns a speed to tackle him and stab him through the neck
<Seraphna> * Nell meworls and stomps the ground, creating a barrier under the rushing one's feet to try and trip him.
<DeathStar> *The C'en is stabbed, still moving, as if a machin, then falls off due to Nell. It begins to blow up right there*
<Xanatos> 6* Bix throws one blob of magma/plasma whatever at one of the 3, looking more worn down now.
<DeathStar> *Bix burns the eys of one of the three, and it screams, falling over*
<kalonZombie> 6*Max starts to get away from it
<DeathStar> *The c'en behind Chelsea grabs at her throat from behind*
<Seraphna> * Nell peers at the others glowing and puts both hands on the rood, she focuses on two of them and tries to form barriers violently in front of them to sort of bash them backwards hard.
<DeathStar> <Cypher> Ship. Chelsea's in the ship...
<Seraphna> *roof
<Jackieness> <Bella> "Get in there!"
<Chaintan> 6*Ruhi yells for Chelsea to duck as she flings her bat at the Cen behind her
<Sara> * Chelsea groans and tries to avoid it, kicking backward, as she reaches for the tractor beam control if there is one and turns it on if so
<kalonZombie> 6*Max moves for the ship. Also since he shifted he's naked. Did I forget to mention that?
<DeathStar> *the last 2 fly off the roof, leaving it cleared. Except the one in the ship with chelsea. Sadly, 3 more vessels are approaching for landing and Asarar is too busy to take them down. At that memoment they are caught in the tractor beam, all 3 flying in wobbily toward the ship.
<DeathStar> *Ruhi and Chelsea knock the last c'en on it's feet*
<DeathStar> <Cypher> Chelsea, Ruhi, get out of it
<DeathStar> *she eyes the ships coming in*
<Chaintan> 6*Ruhi nods as she retrieves her bat
<Seraphna> * Nell growls and prepares another shard-exploding spear, tossing it at the engines of one of the three coming in.
<Sara> * Chelsea runs out of the ship, rolling out of its door
<DeathStar> *the there crash into the downed shuttle, and an explosion occurs. It sends those near the shuttle flying into the air action style*
<DeathStar> *Cypher tries to catch Chelsea*
<Xanatos> 6* Bix holds up a finger and plays 'on hold' music as he seemingly powers down to recharge.
<Jackieness> <Bella> *tries to soften the ground around for anyone falling*
<kalonZombie> 6*Max tucks and rolls to avoid taking too much damage
<Seraphna> * Nell eeeps, a flying kitty, and forms two shields, one behind her feet to stop the motion, the next to leap onto, then leaps down into the mud.
<Sara> * Cherie gasps, running to where she thinks Ruhi will land, pulling out a first aid kit
<DeathStar> 6* As the smoke clears, the sky is clear, the attack repelled. Cypher walks carrying Chelsea over to Cherie and Ruhi*
<Sara> * Cherie immediately starts applying first aid on Ruhi's wounds
<kalonZombie> <Max> ...Wolfe, do you have a spare pair of pants?
<Seraphna> * Nell rises, muddy all over, holds up a finger almost like Bix, then falls into the mud passing out.
<DeathStar> *Seniga peeks out* I think they all know you're here now
<kalonZombie> <Max> Seriously someone get me some pants please.
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> What a deduction, Seniga. She turns toward Max, peering down at at his junk*

<Nyaomi> * Someone of small stature as pinched the cloth between a thumb and finger to hold on, wearing a hood and cloth over most of their face, including their eyes. They reach tentatively with their other hand at the air, but slowly as if feeling out. Judging by the Kumen-like clothing, skirt and leggings, boots, it seems to be Vyvy.

<Seraphna> * Alita holds out a hand behind them, creating a spirit shield to try and defend them.
<DeathStar> *Shade appears and begins to form darkness to make them blind*

<Nyaomi> * Vyvy unleashes flames and darkness, but mostly flames as a greeting

<DeathStar> 6* Ellie begins to glow green, and the Lord Commander stops, squinting

<DeathStar> *Sylph vanishes into Ellie, and suddenly her body begins to change shapes, basically turning into a hybrid of Sylph's porportions when an adult and her own, and wings growing. Her clothes dissolve and change into the very revealing Sylph outfit*

<DeathStar> *he marches for his chair and grabs one of his huge swords, looking - scared?*

<DeathStar> *Shade steps in, pulling the dragon as the hallway is empty for now. The base begins to rumble*
<Xanatos> <Simon> We're out of time, we must go.
<Xanatos> 6* Simon pauses and points upward.
<Jackieness> <Sasha> *looks up* "Its about to blow. Evacuate! Now!"
<Seraphna> * Talia sends a mana blast at the commander's back. "BAD MAN!"
<Sara> <Ellie> I am with you.
<Xanatos> <Simon> Ellie, can you take us upward? It may be faster.
<DeathStar> *The lord commander rounds the corner, the wall blowing up*
<kalonZombie> 6*Ceilia tries to pull him back with wind magic
<Seraphna> * Alita burns the body and looks at the others, Talia shrugging and hopping back. "We'll see him again in the final dungeon!"
<DeathStar> *The Lord commander is out of sight. Ceilia would have to go chasing. Plus using too much magic in this strange world is draining their reserves, two spirits or not*

<Xanatos> 6* Simon waits a moment, then begins to run after where Shion went, hopefulyl she got a shuttle ready.
<DeathStar> *the two run down the hallway Shion went. As the base begins to blow up in the background, Shion has a shuttle lifted up, ramp down*

<Seraphna> * Alita books it for the shuttle with Talia.
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "Everyone out!" *turns and heads to where shion has the shuttle*
